Refund Policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or taste.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at harrypegwork@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Print issues
Due to limited print runs, back issues cannot be returned once shipped. Misprinted or damaged copies will be replaced free of charge — contact us within 14 days.

Non-returnable items
Digital products, downloads, and made-to-order items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Order errors
If we made the mistake — wrong item, missing item — we'll fix it at no cost to you.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
